Although outcome oriented I do believe that when it is about personal and professional growth, so what matters is the journey and the process we go through.

I have extensive experience dedicated to organizational and people development including consulting, coaching, training, HR management and business development.

What keeps all these areas so vivid, enthralling and active is my curiosity, constant striving to learn and for personal development coupled with enthusiasm and positivism.

It is enormously powerful when you empower others. It is like a mutual play which gradually evolve in a beautiful dance.
